In recent years, JSC PMC Avangard has implemented several large projects in the framework of organizing road safety, identifying offenses using modern video and photo systems with a built-in video analytics system, and complying with traffic rules for both motor vehicles and pedestrians.
One of the most significant and interesting projects was the development of design estimates for the construction of technical infrastructure for photo and video recording at intersections in the Central district of St. Petersburg (Nevsky Prospekt). In the course of the successful implementation of design work, our company developed technical solutions in accordance with the requirements of the Customer’s technical specifications, coordinated them with all state regulatory authorities, and received a positive conclusion from the FAA Glavgosexpertiza of Russia
