Warranty and post-warranty service

 

CJSC Design and Installation Center Avangard provides a guarantee for the entire installed system as a whole and its individual elements in accordance with the warranty obligations of the contract, after completion of construction and installation work and signing of the Acceptance Certificate. Our company also provides warranty service, which, in addition to repair or replacement of the product due to manufacturing defects or other cases stipulated by the contract, includes the provision of services for additional configuration, adjustment, and technical support of the installed security system.

In addition, the Customer has a warranty on the equipment directly from the manufacturer. This warranty may extend beyond the warranty period issued for the system. After the expiration of the warranty service period and if the Customer has no claims regarding its implementation, Avangard PMC CJSC may enter into an additional agreement for further (post-warranty) technical support of the installed system. Typically, an agreement is concluded for a period of 1 to 3 years, payment for post-warranty maintenance is made to the bank account of our Company on a monthly or quarterly basis, in accordance with the terms of the agreed Agreement, on the basis of Certificates of Completion of Work.

The concept of “Post-warranty maintenance” includes the elimination of any breakdown or malfunction. Specialists of JSC PMC Avangard restore the functionality of systems in case of any damage, usually within a period of 3 to 72 hours. A longer period is determined only by the logistics capabilities of suppliers of system elements, or by the removal of elements from production. In this case, we offer the Customer more modern analogues.

The company's main service centers are located in the following cities: St. Petersburg, Gelendzhik, Nakhodka. Each of the service centers employs highly qualified specialists who annually undergo training in modern security trends, as well as advanced training courses. Service centers are equipped with all the necessary portable tools for dismantling/installing system elements, measurements, testing, and obtaining the necessary reports. Service centers have their own fleet of vehicles and also perform work around the clock.

Our Company’s specialists provide warranty and post-warranty (service) maintenance of the entire range of equipment installed by CJSC PMC Avangard or a third-party company. The warranty periods are established and agreed upon with the customer at the stage of signing the contract.
