Safety of fuel and energy complex facilities

CJSC "Design and Installation Center "Avangard" carries out work to ensure the safety and anti-terrorism protection of fuel and energy complex facilities" in accordance with the Rules approved by the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 458 dated 05/05/2012.

Ensuring the safety and anti-terrorism protection of an object is carried out by identifying threats of committing acts of illegal interference and preventing such threats, categorizing objects, developing and implementing measures to create a physical protection system. The physical protection system must provide a given level of security to prevent acts of illegal interference at the site. The physical protection system is, first of all, engineering and technical security means.

Engineering and technical security measures (ITSO) include:

• Engineering and technical means of protection: engineering barriers; engineering means and structures: checkpoints; premises for housing security units;
• Technical security means: security alarm system; security television system; access control and management system; a system for collecting and processing information, including a subsystem for communication and transmission of notifications to central monitoring consoles; technical means of inspection;
• Auxiliary systems: security lighting system; warning system for alarms, emergencies, etc.; power supply system; operational communication system for security units.

CJSC "Design and Installation Center "Avangard" carries out the full range of work on the creation of ITSO, so to speak, on a turnkey basis - development of design and estimate documentation, support during the passage of the necessary examinations, configuration and supply of the necessary equipment and materials, construction, installation and commissioning work, delivery to the Customer with training of security personnel in the use of ITSO complex systems.

CJSC "Design and Installation Center "Avangard" took part as a subcontractor of JSC "Mosoblgidroproekt" in the development of a project for the modernization of the integrated security system of the Branch of PJSC "RusHydro" - "Karachay-Cherkess Branch". Work on the design of sections of the ITSO of the Zelenchukskaya HPP-PSP was carried out with high quality and in strict accordance with the schedule.
