Comprehensive arrangement of checkpoints across the state border of the Russian Federation

Design, as a rule, is carried out in close cooperation with general design organizations and begins at the stage of developing fundamental decisions on the general plan, architectural appearance and operating technology of the facility, which includes a checkpoint across the state border. And construction and installation work is carried out as part of the overall construction cycle of the facility. If it is necessary to reconstruct an existing facility, work is carried out without stopping the main production process and without stopping the functioning of the state border checkpoint located on its territory.

The construction of checkpoints in the Russian Federation is regulated by a significant number of national regulations and departmental requirements of state control bodies, which causes certain difficulties for customers.

To minimize costs and time spent on the construction and opening of a checkpoint across the state border, professional competence and a systematic approach are required. Development of a package of documents provided for by Government Decree No. 482 of June 26, 2008, necessary for the establishment of a checkpoint or its reconstruction

Elaboration of preliminary conceptual decisions on the layout of the checkpoint for preparing a request to the Ministry of Transport to receive requirements and technical specifications from state control bodies for a specific checkpoint (section of the checkpoint)

Development of design documentation for the construction, reconstruction, equipment or technical re-equipment of checkpoints

Coordination of project documentation in divisions of state control bodies at the regional and federal levels

Development and approval of working documentation for the construction, reconstruction, equipment or technical re-equipment of checkpoints

Supply of equipment, construction, installation and commissioning work for the arrangement and technical equipment of checkpoints

Handover of a checkpoint equipped in accordance with the requirements of state control authorities to the state interdepartmental commission

Warranty and post-warranty service
