History of development

1995 год

The history of JSC Design and Installation Center Avangard began with the creation in St. Petersburg of the North-Western branch of the company JSC Escort Center (Moscow) - at that time a leader in the field of integrated security systems. Led by the founder and head of the branch, Andrey Matveevich Nefedyev, the unit’s staff consisted of only 5 people.

1996 год

The first major project (and, as a consequence, contract) of the North-Western Branch is the creation of an integrated security system at a pulp and paper mill (PPM) in Svetogorsk (Leningrad region). The company successfully completed the task, which allowed it to seriously assert itself in the security market in the Region.

1997 год

A start has been made on large-scale design work at the largest marine terminals of the Leningrad region (Ust-Luga, Primorsk), this direction is becoming one of the main ones for many years to come, successful work on which continues to this day.

1998 год

Creation of the most modern integrated security and access control system at that time in the main Directorate of the FSB of the Russian Federation for St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region at Liteiny Prospekt 4. Subsequently, PMC Avangard CJSC repeatedly modernized the system to comply with modern realities, laws and threat models

2000 год

The company enters the market of international checkpoints (ICPs) and begins close interaction with government control bodies and large design institutes. The first major construction and installation works in this area are the Brusnichnoye international checkpoint and the Pulkovo Airport T2 runway.

2002 год

Start of design, construction and installation work at the facilities of Transneft PJSC throughout the Russian Federation (Baltic Pipeline System stages 1 and 2 (BPS), construction of the Eastern Siberia Pacific Ocean (ESPO) oil pipeline). For many years, our company has been the main ideologist and reliable partner in the field of security systems for administrative and production facilities of the Public Joint Stock Company.

2003 год

Creation from scratch of a concept for a complex of technical and engineering safety equipment, with further design and its full implementation, at the Konstantinovsky Palace site, Strelna. The newly created security system made it possible to hold several significant international events with the participation of top officials. Subsequent modernization of the system was carried out only by our company in 2019.

2006 год

Implementation of a comprehensive security systems project at the 32nd Summit of the Heads of State and Government of the Big Eight (G8) - a summit meeting held at the Konstantinovsky Palace in Strelna from July 15 to 17, 2006.

2007 год

Carrying out a full range of works to create all security, monitoring and surveillance systems throughout the entire territory (including the hotel area) of the Igora ski resort in the Leningrad region.

2008 год

The work on designing and equipping physical protection systems for nuclear hazardous facilities has been successfully completed: Nerpa Shipyard, Nuclear Icebreaker 50 Let Pobedy, Leningrad NPP-2.

2009 год

The company is entering the market for equipping transport infrastructure facilities (TIF) and equipping vehicles. Creation of an expert center for categorizing objects, creating transport security plans (TSP), within the framework of the approved legislative framework.

2012 год

The company is rebranding, creating its own new corporate identity - ZAO Design and Installation Center Avangard. Under this name the company is known throughout the country to this day. In the same year, the company begins to create its own branch network, the first city in which is Moscow, the company reaches a new level for itself - the Federal level.

2013 год

Creation of a directorate in Vladivostok. The company begins active work in the market of maritime international checkpoints in the Far Eastern region. Technical support for security systems for the eighth meeting of the leaders of the Big Twenty (G20) countries, which was held in St. Petersburg from September 5 to 6, 2013.

2014 год

Completion of work on the creation of security systems, including vehicle inspection, at a number of venues for the 2014 Winter Olympic Games in Sochi.

2015 год

The permanent General Director and founder of the St. Petersburg division, Andrey Matveevich Nefediev, becomes the sole owner of the company. From this moment, the development of new areas of the company’s activities and the development of new markets of presence begins.

2017 год

Creation of a directorate in Rostov-on-Don. Initially, the directorate was planned as a small project division of the company, but in the shortest possible time it turned into the second largest structural division, staffed by professionals of the highest level. A license was obtained to carry out activities to preserve cultural heritage sites (Ministry of Culture), work began in a new direction for the company. In the same year, the company begins to create its own branch network, the first city in which is Moscow, the company reaches a new level for itself - the Federal level.

Creation of several directorates at once in the south of Russia - in the city of Pyatigorsk. and the city of Gelendzhik. Serious design, construction and installation work begins in the Southern Federal District. The company is taking part in the development of the concept for the creation of the Northern Sea Route, in terms of the development of International Maritime Checkpoints. At the same time, the first work began on the design of the Utrenny, Bukhta Sever, Chaika, Tuloma, and Lavna terminals.

2019 год

Relocation of the company's central office to St. Petersburg, to its own new building, suitable in all respects to existing areas of activity. New complex at St. Petersburg, st. Chugunnaya 14, lit. P, includes large office premises, industrial premises, warm warehouses, cold covered warehouses, open warehouses, parking spaces. Implementation of the company's largest complex project - modernization of all security and communication systems of the Palace of Congresses (Konstantinovsky Palace) in Strelna.

2021 год

Creation of a directorate in Novorossiysk. The key activities of which are the creation of open/closed communication systems, as well as activities in the field of information security. Registration of the company's own trademark.

2022 год

Establishment, together with the Roscongress State Foundation, of a new legal entity, RK Avangard LLC, whose main activity is organizing physical and information security, as well as accreditation of guests and participants in events held under the auspices of the Foundation.

Geography

Working with large corporate and government customers, such as the Border Service of the FSB of Russia, AK Transneft, NK Lukoil, FBU Maritime Security Service, FSUE Rosmorport, the Federal Security Service of Russia involves fulfilling orders throughout the territory Russian Federation.

To ensure the quality of work, project support and service to our customers, the company is developing regional directorates. Currently there are directorates in Vladivostok and Krasnodar

В штате производственного отдела высококвалифицированные электромонтажники имеющие высшее и специальное- техническое образование, квалифицированные строительные рабочие. Для производства работ используются качественные инструменты, собственная строительная техника и автотранспорт.

При необходимости, для выполнения строительных работ привлекаются субподрядные организации из числа проверенных партнеров.

В штате строительного отдела работают квалифицированные руководители работ, обеспечивающие высокое качество, соблюдение технологий, соответствие проекту и общую культуру производства.

Техническое обслуживание

На оборудование систем безопасности, установленное у наших заказчиков компания ЗАО «ПМЦ «Авангард» дает двухлетнюю гарантию.

Компанией создана собственная служба технического обслуживания заказчиков, обеспечивающая гарантийное и послегарантийное обслуживание оборудования установленного на объектах. Накоплен опыт обслуживания объектов крупных корпоративных заказчиков расположенных на обширных территориях, таких как ОАО «Транснефть», Северо-Западное таможенное управление и других.
